OUR SERVICES

Our organisation is built around a housing pathway, meaning we are able to provide tailored, essential support as our customers’ needs change, helping them progress through their journey to a more independent and sustained lifestyle.

Property Services

Property Services are responsible for ensuring our customers are able to live comfortably and safely within their homes. From refurbishing empty properties and preparing them for new residents, to carrying out emergency and routine repairs – our team maintains homes to exceed both regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Assets and Compliance

The Assets and Compliance team oversees the maintenance and development of our housing stock, including homes, communal spaces, and facilities. They assess property conditions to identify necessary maintenance and plan how best to invest or redevelop assets to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
