In a warm and safe environment, we provide access to refreshments, showers, and confidential, non-judgmental advice. Our friendly, fully-trained staff offer both emotional and practical support, working closely with partner organisations to advocate for our customers.

We signpost women who are socially isolated, at risk of homelessness, or facing challenges such as sexual exploitation, domestic violence, human trafficking, or modern slavery. Additionally, we support women struggling with substance misuse, involved in sex work, or in need of sexual health services, pregnancy screenings, contraception. We also help women access healthcare and maximise their benefits.

From 9:00am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, we operate a drop-in, in a warm and safe environment with access to refreshments, showers, and confidential, non-judgmental advice. Please note the service is ran by our partners at Changing Lives on Wednesdays and Fridays.
