JOB BOARD
Duty Team Member
Providing a safe and welcoming environment across our housing schemes, ensuring customers understand accommodation rules and encouraging engagement with Brighter Futures and external agencies to address their needs and support progression through the housing pathway.
Assertive Caseworker
Providing tailored support to customers in homelessness hostels and temporary accommodation by assessing their needs, developing support plans, helping them access appropriate services, advocating for their goals and working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
Enablement Navigator
Providing advice and support to individuals who are sleeping rough or in temporary accommodation, helping them address their needs, improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals.
